Torani Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 6-oz. container of low fat plain yogurt1 1/4 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries1 banana2 c. nonfat milk2 Tbsp. flax seed1 to 2 oz. torani sugar free raspberry syrup(May add ice if you want a thicker smoothie or put a frozen instead of plain banana)
Directions
Blend everything together. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
