Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained4 T. Knorr's or Campbell's Country Vegetable soup mix (1 package)1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise1 c. fat free sour cream1 sm. onion, chopped fine1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir. Let sit in the fridge for one hour ... of if you are like us and can't wait... dig in. :)
