Easy Slow Cooked Beef Stronganoff

1 lb beef stew meat1 tbsp flour2 tbsp granulated garlic or garlic powder (or to taste)1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)1 1lb container of fat free sourcream1 pkg dry onion soup mix3 cups quatered mushrooms
1) Coat beef in flour and season with garlic, brown in a non stick skillet to just give the meat some color.
2) Combine the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, lipton onion soup in a 3.5 quart crockpot.
3) add the mushrooms and beef stir to combine.
4) Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes
