Parmesan Crusted Perch

Ingredients
3 or 4 Perch filets2 tbsp Parmesan cheese2 tbsp Bread crumbs1/2 tsp Paprika1 tbsp Basil1 tbsp Parsley1 Egg
Directions
Beat the egg in a bowl and set aside.

Combine dry ingredients in another bowl.

Dip each filet in the egg and then in the Parmesan mixture to lightly coat.

In a medium or large pan, heat the olive oil. Add the fillets and cook through.
