Ingredients
Chicken breast 4 largeBob's Red Mill Natural Raw Wheat Germ, .1/2 cupDelallo Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs, .1/2 cup 2 Large Egg Mozzarella Cheese Sliced x 4Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), x 4Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup & dip (Dry Mix), one pack
Directions
Pound chicken flat, Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on the chicken at one end. Roll the chicken up. Place a tooth pick in it.
Beet eggs together in a bowl.
Place Wheat grem, bread crumbs and soup mix together in a bowl.
Dip chicken in eggs, then in the bread crumbs.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 350% for 45mins to an hour.
