Fluffy white frosting

Ingredients
2 tsp unflavored gelatin2 1/2 tbsp cold water3/4 cup light corn syrup1 tbsp vanilla2 egg whites1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Directions
Sprinle gelatin over cold water in a saucepan. Let stand 1 minute. Add corn syrup, cook over mediwm heat stirring constantly, just until mixture comes to a boil, and gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, add vanilla.

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in a medium bowl at high speed of an electric mixer until foamy. Slowly add corn syrup mixture. and continue beating until stiff peaks form, and frosting is of spreading consistency (about 10 minutes)
