Use "Better Than Beef Bullion" (or Chicken) instead as it's half the sodium and a great flavor and most folks will get more like 6-8 servings so be aware of the sodium. I was craving gravy to go with my turkey meatloaf and red potatoes and this really hit the spot without the guilt! YAY! - 1/1/13

Delicious. Amazing you can make such a thing as 5 calorie gravy. I you want it a little creamy add a little bit of fat free milk - 1/19/11

this was great - i needed a quick recipe for gravy. i used chicken. though i'm pretty sure that it was more than 5 calories. but no more than 40 for the whole 'batch'. definetely a keeper! - 11/12/08

Dang! I'm going to try this right away! 5 Calories is unbelievable. Even if it shouldn't taste all fatty and greasy, I'm sure it'll be good enough! Thank you so much! - 10/4/08
