Ingredients
egg whites, cheese, salsa.
Directions
Separate 2 egg whites from egg yolks,
and put the egg whites into a bowl, and mix in 2 tbsp salsa. Grate 1oz of cheddar cheese, and put egg whites and salsa into pan. Then add cheese. Cook until all liquid has evaporated and eggs are cooked.
