Cara's oatmeal bars

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats1�? teaspoons baking powder 1 cup skim milk 2 eggs 1 cup unsweetened applesauce*π teaspoon liquid stevia*1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * original recipe had �? cup
Directions
Splenda.Combine wet ingredients and add dry ingredients. Bake in sprayed 8" square pan at 175ºC/350ºF for 35-45 min. Test center by inserting a knife and if it comes out clean, the Baked Oatmeal is done. Keeps well in fridge. Can be frozen.
