Spinach, Fish and Cheese

Ingredients
1 Bag Baby Spinach leaves21 shrimp4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese1 onion, sliced vertically 2 tsp. minced garlic.25 cup broken pecan halvesPaprika
Directions
Saute onions and garlic til tender. May want to add garlic after onions are done because it may "pop". Add shrimp and sprinkle on paprika. Cook til shrimp is tender. Remove everything from skillet or electric frying pan.
Boil 1/2 inch of salted water. Add 1/3 spinach, cover and boil for 1 minute. Remove spinach to shrimp dish. Do this until all spinach has been
boiled. Add cheese and pecan halves, stir and enjoy!
