BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
2lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts3/4 cup chicken broth1 cup barbecue sauce1 sweet onion slicedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker, stir gently. Heat on low for 6-7 hours or until cooked through. Shred before serving. Make sure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.

Serving Size: About 4 ounces
Can be eaten by itself or put on hamburger bun for a tasty sandwich.
Makes 8-4oz servings.
