Easy Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can chunk light tuna, in water1 Tbsp. light mayo1 egg, microwave hard-boiled
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

Serve between slices of your favorite bread with veggies of your choice.

Note: To microwave hard-boil an egg simply place it in a small dish (a small glass measuring cup works well). Microwave it on high for 10 to 15 seconds at a time, piercing occasionally with a fork. Egg is done when set.
