AHB potato soup

Ingredients
add salt and pepper to taste and dry milk if you want it more creamy. To thicken quickly add instant mash potatoes flakes approx 1/8-1/4 cup.tastes great with red potatoes and then you don't have to peel them (an major added bonus)!
Directions
Sat. the onions and celery while microwaving the potatoes until slightly softened (approx 6 min)--if using red potatoes leave the skins on if not, peel and chunk cubes add potatoes and milk cook on med. add water as necessary to thin to makes 6-8 cups

serve with fresh bread makes it extra yummy.
