    We eat this too! It is really good. We make bbq chicken nachos, but use green or red peppers as the replacement for chips. We also make it like a wrap and use romain leafs for the wraps. - 10/3/10

    I made this with boneless skinless chicken breasts and it was really good. It was VERY spicy with the 2 T of cayenne. I would make this again with less cayenne. - 10/27/08
