Ingredients
Two slices of Aunt Millie's Light Whole Grain Bread2 Eggs1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice1/4 c. Sugar-Free Maple Syrup2 Tbsp. Fat Free Cool Whip
Directions
Mix the eggs and pumpkin pie spice together in a bowl. Soak up the egg with the bread and cook in a frying pan. After it's fully-cooked, add some sugar-free maple syrup, perhaps a dollop of fat-free Cool-Whip and enjoy!!!
