chocolate bran cake

Ingredients
100gms all bran250mls boiling water2 eggs6 heaped teaspoons cocoa powder1/2 cup sweetener
Directions
pour boiling water on the bran, mix well, add eggs, cocoa powder and sweetener and beat till all combined, pour into a microwaveable bowl approx 6 inch diameter and microwave on high for 6 1/2 minutes.
makes 6 portions, delicious with low fat creme fraiche on top or sandwiched with it, or low fat cream spray
