"Chocolate" Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups baking mix3 envelopes dry hot cocoa mix1 cup buttermilk1egg
Directions
Stir the baking mix and cocoa together until well blended. Add in the buttermilk and egg, stirring until you have a smooth batter. Using a small melon baller (or 1/8 cup measure) pour batter onto a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, flip over and cook for another minute or until other side is browned.

Makes 12 servings, 3 pancakes each.
