Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken

Ingredients
4 half boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 cans low-fat cream of chicken soup1 can skim milk1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Place the chicken breasts in the crock. Mix together the soup and milk. Pour over the chicken. Spread cheese on top. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours.

When done, eat alone or pour over stuffing, noodles, rice, etc.

    At 2,329.5 mg of sodium per serving, this is not a low sodium recipe. I don't particularly think of it as low fat either. - 9/27/11

    Only has shredded Mexican cheese in the house so used that. Thought this was great! Put it over half a baked potato and can't wait to eat leftovers tomorrow. - 2/1/10

    Made it today....a little bland, but good. The kids loved it! I served it over a wheat-blend wide noodle pasta. Next time I will throw in some veggies to up the nutrition and flavor =) Oh, I also reduced the serving size to 1/6th of the recipe instead of 1/4th. Calories where reduced to 209/svg - 8/17/09
