Mediterranean Chicken and Couscous

1 box Mediterranean Couscous1 tsp butter2/3 C cooked chicken breast pieces1 C Chicken broth (or 1 C water with 1 tsp chicken boullion)2 Tbsp whole wheat flour1/4 tsp Cumin1/8 tsp tarragongarlic powder to taste
Place 1 1/4 C water, the butter and flavoring packet from the Couscous package in a quart-size microwave bowl. Bring to a boil in the microwave. Remove from microwave, add the dry couscous and cover for five minutes.
Meanwhile place the chicken in a non-stick sautee pan and heat on stove over medium high heat. Mix the rest of the ingredients well. Once the chicken has browned a little add the mixture to the pan all at once and reduce heat to medium low. Stir until thickened to your preference then remove from heat.
Remove the cover on the couscous and lightly fluff with a fork.
Serve the chicken next to the couscous.
