Yummy Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs. frozen hash browns1 (10 1/4 ounce) can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 pint low fat sour cream1/2 cup onion, peeled and chopped2 cups 2% cheddar cheese, grated1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 11x14 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Mix the above ingredients together.
3. Place in baking dish.
4. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
