* Chicken stock, home-prepared, 4 cup * Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 6 fl oz * Stewed Tomatoes, 1.25 cup * Oscar MeyerSmoked Turkey Sausage, 14 oz (optional) * Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped * Red Potato, 300 grams * Okra, 1.0 cup slices * Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup * Green Beans (snap), 2 cup

Dump it all in & boil! You can also use a crock pot/ slow cooker to make a hot meal to come home to after a long day at school or work!
