Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup unbleached flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour2 ts baking powder1/3 granulated sugar (I use organic raw sugar)3 tbs flax 1 egg, beaten3/4 cup milk3 tbs vegetable oil3/4 blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together, make well in center. Mix oil, milk, and egg. Add all at once to dry mixture, along with blueberries. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
