Cooked Peaches no sugar added

Ingredients
4 fresh medium to large peaches1 cup Splenda3 tsp. Vanilla1 tsp Anise Seeds1 cup Ricotta Cheese, skim milk or low fat
Directions
Core and slice the fresh peaches. Put them in a saucepan. Add Splenda, Vanilla, and Anise seeds. Cook on low for anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Just 3 minutes before serving turn up the heat to medium low. Then dish the peaches out evenly into 4 dessert dishes. Top each dish of peaches with a very large dollop (quarter cup) .
