Ingredients
Corned beef loaf, jellied, 680 grams ( 2 cans)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, stripsOnions, raw, 1 large cut in stripsChickpeas (garbanzo beans15.5 oz can)Tomato sauce, 1 cup Water, tap, 3cup Pepper, black, 1 tspJalapeno Peppers, (optional)2 envelopes of sazon seasoning
Directions
Take a large sauce pot..and breakup the corned beef and saute for a few min.. add 1/4 cup of the water at this time..
Then add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.. then lower and simmer for 15 min.. Serve over white rice..

    Where can you find sazon seasoning? Went to several grocery stores including a couple of Mexican groceries and couldn't find this. Would be helpful to list what is it so could possibly buy individually. Also seemed to need a bit more cooking time, Corn Beef was still a bit on raw side. - 3/17/11
