Ingredients: Ground Turkey, 1.25 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Egg, fresh, 2 large Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1.5 cup ( I use Vigo Italian flavor)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.25 cup Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground, 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.25 cup ( for cooking)
Mix all ingredients till mixed thourghly. form into balls ( about 30) and place in skillet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil on medium heat and brown evenly on all side turning when needed. I cook mine meatballs in batches so that there is enough room for even cooking. After all are cooked, drain away most of the olive oil and then add the spaghetti sauce of your choice and simmer for about 10 minutes ( not included in recipe) and its yummy over pasta!!
You can freeze all the turkey balls you do not use!
