Spicy Butternut Soup

Butternut Squash, 1000 grams Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Margarine, soft, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepperSalt, 1 dash Mashed Potatoes, 500 grams Water, 1.5litres
Chop butternut into bite size pieces. Place butternut and 1litre if water into a pot and boil until butternut is soft. Remove from pot and strain. Place onion in pot with margarine. Once onion is brown at salt, pepper, chili peppers and butternut. Braise for about 5min, and then at mash potatoes and 500ml of water. Allow to simmer. Blend mixture until smooth. Serve hot, makes 10-12 1-cup servings.
