1 egg2 tsp sugar30 crushed saltine crackers1/2 cup skim milk1 can creamed can 1 can corn2 tbsp parkay light butter
Mix all ingredients together. Put in microwavable container and cook for 7 minutes. Stir and put in greased casserole dish and bake for 11 to 14 minutes. Makes aproximately 8 servings.
