Pumpkin Seeds, 1 cupOlive Oil, 1 tbspTony Catcher's Salt Free Seasoning, 3 serving
After removing the seeds from a pumpkin clean them, until nothing from the pumpkin is left on them. Wash in cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Spread out to dry on more paper towels.
Preheat oven to 350*F. Place seeds on cookie sheet and sprinkle the oil and seasoning over them, mixing well. Spread the seeds evenly and bake in oven until they are golden brown.
