Balsamic Broccoli Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1.5 c red cabbage1 c broccoli1 c carrots.5 c tomato4 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tsp Splenda
Directions
Using a food processor, process all vegetables until shredded (including the tomato). Add Splenda, vinegar and season to taste. Let marinate for 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.

(Best for use with any plan involving low carb, low fat, low sodium, etc.)
