Ingredients
2 teaspoons black peppercorns1/2 teaspoon ground cloves1 tablespoon anise seed1 tablespoon fennel seed1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Roast peppercorns in a small skillet over medium heat, until you can smell them. Remove and finely in a clean coffee grinder.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and store in an air-tight jar.
Use just a pinch at a time.
