whole grain greek shrimp and pasta salad

Ingredients
12 oz Whole Grain Pasta (your choice what shape)16 oz. raw shrimp(tails off)1/4 cup olive oil1 med. red onion (chopped)3 garlic cloves (minced)3/4 tsp salt2 cups spinach(FRESH)1 1/4 cups GREEK Yougurt OR LIGHT sour Cream2 1/2 TBSP lemon Juice (preferably fresh)1TBSP balsamic Vinegar1cup Crumbled feta cheese3/4 tsp chili flakes 1/4 tsp.cumin
Directions
COok pasta as pkg. directs.
Drain and set aside
Toss shrimp with 2TBSP of the olive oil,onion,garlic 3/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp chili flakes and 1/4 tsp.cumin.Let marinade for 10 minutes
Cook in a fry pan until shrimp are pink and firm.3-4 minutes
Mix the yougurt OR sour cream Balsamic ,lemon juice and a little bit of GARLIC PLUS seasoning if you have it.
In a large bowl toss together pasta ,shrimp with the dressing crumble the feta over top place in fridge for a couple of hours and enjoy!
