Tuna Patty
- Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
Directions
12 oz. tuna 4 slices bread celery onion chicken boullion
Break bread in chunks (as if you were making bread dressing.) Add tuna and mix together.
In small sauce pan put chicken boullion with enough water to cook chopped celery and chopped onion until they are tender. (Maybe 1/4 cup of each) Spoon out the celery and onion into tuna and bread. And just enoug of the boullion to moisten the mixture. Do not make it to wet. Divide into equal parts approx 8. Pack into containers to make a patty. ( I use empty soft margarine containers with lids) When ready to broil, turn container upside down on piece of foil and patty will come out on the foil. Place under broiler and broil until side is brown. Place another piece of foil on top of browned patty and flip it to the other side broil until this side is brown. VERY GOOD!
