Low Fat Macaroni and meat sauce

Ingredients
4 ground sirloin patties1/2 cup Salsa2 tomatoes diced3 tbsp oreganopepper to taste1 cup healthy choice traditional pasta sauce3 tbsp fat free cottage cheese2 cups uncooked whole wheat macaroni pastaCalories per 1 cup serving 163.5protein 9.2 gms
Directions
If using beef patties, grind in mulinex
Brown meat using Pam spray
Add diced tomatoes
Add spices
Add water (amount depending on desired thickness of sauce.
While sauce is cooking, cook noodles in boiling water.
Drain noodles and rinse in cold water to remove starch.
Add cream cheese to the cooked sauce. Heat until cheese melts.and add cooked noodles to the sauce.
Makes 10 cups of cooked pasta & sauce.
You can add spices of your choosing
