Ingredients
1 12.5 oz can of chicken1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup1 can Veg-All (no sodium)1 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick1/2 cup Fat Free (Skim Milk)1/4 cup Egg Beaters1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash - Original Blend
Directions
Pre Heat oven to 400 degrees. In 9" pie plate, mix soup, vegetables and chicken. In a bowl, mix Egg Beaters, milk and baking mix. Pour over the chicken mixture and bake 30 minutes until golden brown.

    It's really good. Super simple to make. I made it with cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom. Tasted great. - 10/19/08
