easy homemade brushetta

Ingredients
2 tbsp basil1-2 tomatoes, chopped2 pieces of reduced calorie, whole wheat bread
Directions
Cut bread (can toast first if wanted) into half and then half again. Chop tomatoes. Place tomatoes on top of bread. Sprinkle with basil or any Mediterranean spice.
Spray cooking sheet with non stick spray, and place the bread. Cook for about 8 to 10 mins on 350 degrees.
Makes 8 pieces.
