I thought these were deeelicious! The only change I made was I used (no sugar added) vanilla almond milk instead of the water for extra nutrition and creaminess. Like others, I did have to add a tad more liquid. Very moist, yet lighter than other recipes I've made..tasty enough to eat w/o syrup! - 11/3/13

The original Krusteaz pumpkin pancake recipe calls for 1/2 cup pumpkin. I followed this recipe and my pancakes fell apart :( - 10/23/11

The brown sugar is a good idea! - 3/1/10

I agree about needing more water, but since it's in season I used Silk's Pumpkin Spice (soy) to thin it out instead. Also, try Krusteaz Whole Wheat & Honey instead of the Buttermilk mix. More fiber and so much better. Topped with fat free whipped cream with a little cinnamon, DELICIOUS! :) - 12/27/08

I though it is a little high in calories - 10/28/08

I used about twice as much water as recommended. Very, very filling too :) - 10/26/08
