Italian Homemade chicken soup

Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Carrots, raw, 7 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Scallions, raw, 6 medium (4-1/8" long) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped *Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 8 ozBasil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, dicedChicken Broth, 4 cup (32 fl oz)
Makes 8 ,1 -cup servings
Clean and chop all vegetables and put in broth
Salt & pepper to taste, Add garlic and basil.
Simmer for 2 hours then add elbow macaroni til done. Serve hot with garlic toast and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if preferred.
