One large onion - cutfour garlic cloves - 1/4 cup olive oilone cup fresh cilantroFour medium jalapenos - three seeded and cutOne large bell pepper - seeded and cut1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cuminblended on high until smoothtase is strong as is, gives great aroma and flavor to dishes. Add more or less of any ingredient as you see fit for your family. This will keep in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 7 days. Makes 2 cups- measure out with tablespoon. You can always add more but can't take away.
