Taco Soup- slow-cooker

2 cans of diced tomatoes1 can Roitel1 can Yellow corn (not drained)1 can Red beans (drained)1 lb. ground beef1 envelope dry Ranch seasoning1 envelope dry taco seasoning1 small can of diced jalapenos or green chiles (optional)
1.Brown ground beef and drain.
2. Add ground beef, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning to crock-pot.
3. Add canned tomatoes, Roitel, and corn to crock-pot.
4. Drain red beans and add to crock-pot.
5. Add desired amount of jalepenos or green chiles (optional).
6. Leave in crock-pot on high for a few hours (usually 2 or 3).
Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream, and use tortilla chips as dippers.
