Berry Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
6 cups assorted berries1/4 C. honey 1 T. cornstarch1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. grated lemon rind4 T. fresh lemon juice (approx. 3 lemons)1/3 C. Whole Wheat Flour1/3 C. Regular Oats1/4 C. Packed Brown Sugar3 T. Butter1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Put the first seven ingredients in a bowl. Combine well and then place in 8X10 baking pan.
3. To prepare the topping, combine flour and next four ingredients in a small bowl and toss with a fork until well-blended.
4. Sprinkle topping evenly over berry mixture.
5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
