Easy Mac-n-Cheese

Ingredients
2 Cups 1% cottage cheese2 Cups fat free milk1 TBSP prepared mustard1 C reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded2 C shell macaroni (or elbow)- UNCOOKED1/4 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*
In a blender, process the cottage cheese, milk,and mustard. Pour mixture in to a bowl. Add the cheese and UNCOOKED pasta,and mix. Pour into a sprayed, 8x11 inch baking dish. Mix the bread crumbs and parmesan together and sprinkle over the top of the mac-n-cheese mixture. Bake for 45 minutes, until edges are bubbly and top is browned.
