Ingredients
1 Banana8 Frozen Strawberries1 Cup Low Fat Yogurt1 Cup Non Fat Milk1/2 Cup Dry Plain Oats2 TBSP Flax Seed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Then serve.

Tip: You can use any fruits that you want. You don't have to use the ones I picked. Also, in my opinion it is best to have one fruit that is frozen and one that isn't. The frozen fruit makes the smoothie nice and cold and the non frozen fruit helps blend the ingredients easier.
