yakisoba stir fry

Ingredients
Celery 1 stalkGarlic 4 t mincedMushrooms 3/4 Onions 1/4 CPeas, 1/4 cupSoy Sauce 3 T.Soba Noodles, 3 cups
Directions
Spray pan with pam and over med/high heat cook onions until soft. Add Garlic and Mushrooms, cook 2 minutes or so and add 1 T. Soy sauce. Mix well. Add celery and cook another minute or two and add Soba noodles. Cook around 4 minutes, add 2 T soy sauce and peas. Cook an additional 2-4 minutes. Serve with almost anything, also great as a snack... Enjoy!
