Carol's fresh apple cake w/splenda sugarblend

Ingredients
1 cup of Splenda Sugar Blend2 1/2 cups self rising flour (I use Hudson Cream)1 tsp cinnamon3 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup chopped walnuts (I use diced)1 cup butterscotch morsels/chips3 to 4 cups fresh apples (I use 4 -makes it more moist)1 cup canola oil
Directions
Mix sugar, eggs and oil until smooth and add flour, cinnamon and vanilla. Then fold in apples and nuts

Pour in glass 9 x 13 pan, sprayed with Pam and top with butterscotch morsels

Bake at 350 for 45 mins to an hour (depending on your oven)

This makes about 24 - 2 inch pieces
