Ingredients
1 Lb Sirloin (Stew Beef)1 Cup Pearl Onions4 Cloves Garlic1 Can Campbells Beef Consumee1 Cup or so MerlotSpices to taste (rosemary, bay leaf, salt, pepper) Arrowroot starch and cold water.
Directions
Brown onions & garlic. Remove from pan and brown meat. Mix everything back together. Add consumee and wine. Bring to a boil. Add spices. Turn to low and simmer for several hours. Remove bay leaf. Bring to a boil again and add arrowroot starch and cold water.
