Dad's Grilled Potatoes

1.5 pounds of red potatoes cut into bite size chunks1 large onion cut into strips1 green pepper cut into strips3 cloves of garlic chopped finelyPam cooking spray or butterSeason All2 sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil
Lay the 2 sheets of aluminum foil out so they are perpendicular to one another Spray with cooking spray. In a bowl mix the potatoes, onion, pepper and garlic. Spray the mixture with cooking spray and add Season All to taste. Spread the mixture onto the foil. If you prefer you can leave out the cooking spray in the last step and dot the top of the mixture with butter instead. Bring the sides of the first piece of aluminum foil together and fold down to create a foil packet. Do the same with the other piece of foil. Using 2 pieces gives extra strength and keeps the juices from running out. Grill for about 20 minutes on each side on medium, medium low heat.
