Spicey Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1)Boil 4 pints of water2)once boiled crush 3 chicken stocksThe above ingridients3)All in a blender and whizz it till the red kidney beans/baked beans/onions are finely diced4)then tip the blender contents into the boiling water 5)stir and simmer6)taste and if bland add a little worchester sauce or pepper to taste.7)if you like crutons - toast on high 2 slices of danish brown bread 2.0 fat per slice - very light - then tear into cubes and pop in the soup - not nesseccary as tastes beautiful without it.Takes 15 mins and lasts for 8 servings
