whole wheat biscuits

Ingredients
1 c. white flour1 c whole wheat flour1 tsp salt3 tsp baking powder2 tsp splenda1/3 c applesauce2/3 c skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 475
In a large bowl combine both white and whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder
Pour applesauce and milk in at the same time and stir until it makes a dough.
Drop by rounds on an ungreased cookie sheet. (this wil make more than seven)
You can also roll out dough and use a cookie cutter and make bigger (normal size) biscuits.
