Ingredients
Ditalini PastaCannelini BeansBeef or PorkTomato SauceOnionsGarlicRed Pepper FlakesSaltOreganoParsleyBasilWater
Directions
In a dutch oven or large saucepot, brown 1/3 cup chopped onion, 3 cloves of minced garlic, and ground beef in olive oil. (can also use Italian sausage or pork).

Add 1 can of undrained cannellini beans with an equal amount of water. Season with salt, red pepper flakes, parsley, basil and oregano.

Add about 1/4 cup prepared tomato sauce.

Cook over low heat until thickened, about 45 mins.

Add 1/2 lb. cooked, drained ditalini or small shell pasta.
