Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients
I large head of raw cauliflower6 gloves of garlic, chopped1 tsp. dried parsley2 tsp. garlic powder1 tbsp. enova oilblack pepper
Directions
Chop up the head of cauliflower into florets. Place in large sided rectangular baking dish. Add all of the ingredients and stir. Oven should be preheated to 350 degrees and bake 1 hour and 30 minutes. During cooking time, take out and mix around about 4 times to cook evenly. YUMMY!
